A Blocked drain problem has been found

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 15:08, Thu 12 October 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5090675.

Please see original case 18962606

The reason the drain is not blocked up today 11/10/23 is because there has not been any rain. If they look down the drain they will see the drain is blocked up with leaves mud and rubbish. It is only blocked up when it rains, they will need to get parking permit and bring a large lorry with a large hose to vacuum up the drain and suck up all leaves mud and rubbish from the inside of the drain. Because of this rubbish inside the drain the build up of rain water is right across to the centre of the road. Last time this happened it was necessary for her to be ankle deep in water to go to the booth of her car to get her husband who is disabled walking frame out, photographs are available.
