Thr traffic light signals have been swung through 90 degrees

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5097874.

This means they can only be seen from the north side of the New Kings Road. Traffic is having to be hooted as they have no visibility heading in an easterly direction. Been like that since 10 am this morning. Part of the reason Wandsworth Bridge Road is so backed up today.
