Fail to provide information

Reported via mobile in the Incorrect timetable information category anonymously at 09:49, Tue 17 October 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5105257.

How can be possible you fail to provide information about the bus stops closed? All of Cranham community suffering severe delays because you can not cover the flag at the bus stops explaining the services are temporarily suspended due a road works. just 20 minutes ago a woman was crying because she was running late for her job interview, without talking about major people standing at the other bus stop. Not only the public transport it's expensive in London but you have failed to inform the public causing distress. Are you thinking everyone can surf in Internet and check what is going on? Then, do not complain if people prefer using personal transportation. By the way, your phone line is poor, impossible to communicate or report an urgent matter, you have an automatic system that cuts the calls. A little part of Cranham will be covered by 346 low-frequency buses, unfortunately, they are also on diversion for unknown reasons ( I went out to check the round myself) consequently other people are waiting for them. Why a bus driver don't say anything? I witnessed this morning at Lexington Way a female bus driver (346) saw an old lady waiting for a bus just 3 metres away from where she stopped the bus without info of the diversion. It's ridiculous to see how many people who rely on bus transportation have been left down. I hope there was no one with a hospital appointment or other serious matter. Could please escalate this complaint? Keep in touch.
