Dear TFL On 22/10/23 I was driving my Honda Civic (RO09 AZC) on A40(westbound)from London towards Park Royal when I hit a deep pothole and instantly my tyre burst around 9pm.
I waited 1.5h to be seen which left me cold and frightened as it was already late and dark on my own.. I had to buy new tyre which cost me total 70£ From Millend Service Centre WD3 9TA. I Got a record of it just wasn’t able to Upload for you attention as there is a limit to 3 at the time. I’m requesting a refund of 70£ In compensation (the cost of my tire).
Looking forward to hearing from you. Kind regards
