A3 Southbound is 1 foot underwater

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5126876.

Due to regular failure to clear the drain by TfL, the A3 Southbound underpass at Tibbetts Corner is a foot underwater this morning as usual posing danger to all vehicles especially motorbikes

Direction of Travel: Southbound
