You seem to ignore the question of how can you justify closing the short road for up to 18 months when for 3 months NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!

Please stop copy and pasting the same generic nonsense response you have given other people about how inspections need to be carried out etc. This is getting frustrating as I have said several times NO WORK has been done for 3 months. If work needs to be done then start them. Don't just shut the road for no reason. Justify an 18 month closure! Your "short diversion" is causing dangerous queues all the way up the a40 that take up to 30 minutes to come off it. A part that would usually take 2 minutes. No respect for anyone's time.
