• Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This lighting problem has been investigated and we can confirm that there is a fault here. We have now referred this to our contractors, and this will be fixed during our next scheduled works, or sooner if possible. If this issue is related to a power outage this may take longer.   Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer
