  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated and have found no record of the owner of this hoarding. Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed, we will report this to the owner and ask them to move it so it is no longer causing an obstruction. We aim to have this done within in 28 days but on some occasions this can take longer. Should you need anything else or have any questions, you may wish to contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234

Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer.

    State changed to: Action scheduled
