Incorrect Traffic management causing big delays

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5176253.

These works are causing huge disruption to the network. Signs stating 3 way lights but it’s only 2 way but the bus lane is open for wb traffic and the CW is open for eb traffic so drivers should be able to pass without lights.
