The traffic light was not working correctly at approx 4 am on Saturday 4th November

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5186915.

I approached the light with one car ahead of me and waited a long time for the lights to change. The car in front was there before me for some time, I could see him in the distance. Finally the car in front did a u turn calling out to me that the light is out. I waited a while more then approached very slowly to the junction to be certain that no vehicles were on the road. I then passed the light which was still red. I couldn't report this earlier, I was going away. Hopefully it has been fixed. I do not live in the area.
