Phasing of the lights
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 08:39, Fri 17 November 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5222227.
The phasing of the lights on the A210 Eltham Road at the junction with the A2213 Kidbrooke Park Road has been off for weeks now. Lights only passing four cars at a time causing tailbacks. Please sort!
As the original report states, the phasing of the lights was altered a few weeks ago. Since then, the right turn off Sidcup road and traffic coming off Kidbrooke Park Road has been massively disrupted. The green light is only a few seconds long, causing significant tailbacks all the way to Westhorne roundabout. This was never the case before the phasing was changed a few weeks ago. Please sort it out as the changes made had the opposite effect and it is now causing much more slow and building traffic with stop/start and dangerous manoeuvres made by frustrated drivers.
