A Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) problem has been found

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5224549.

Between 6pm and 7pm on the evening of Friday 10th November I was walking along Finborough Road London SW10, and I didn't notice how uneven the pavement was due to a large tree growing out of it and lack of street lighting, my foot went sideways and I heard a crack and was in a lot of pain, I went to the emergency department of The Chelsea and Westminster hospital and the result is I have a broken bone in my foot.
