Pelican Crossing - wait buttons are defective

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5225683.

Pelican crossing opposite post office at 420 Uxbridge road.

The wait button becomes illuminated, then turns off. The lights do not change to allow pedestrians to cross.
