Traffic lights not working properly

Hello, the lights at the bottom of Honor Oak Park at junction of Stondon Park do not appear to be as favourable as all of the other lights on that junction. Since they have been renewed there is very limited time to get through the lights with queuing cars going right up past Honor Oak Station during the rush hour. The left filter light (Honor Oak Park turning left onto Stondon Park appear adequate but the light for cars going straight over or turning right change back to red very quickly allowing only two- three cars through. Because of this the queues are tremendous coming down the hill. Normally you can travel down to and through the lights in about five minutes at the moment it can be 15-20 minutes especially when there are lots of delivery lorries parked up and busses are trying to get through. There is always a traffic block of cars turning right onto Honor Oak Park from Stondon as the right hand filter is more favourable
