Countdown unit not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5234585.

My dad uses the bus stop so I’m not sure of the exact stop which is faulty. It is the one where the 138 starts its journey from bromley North. Sorry I can’t be more exact.

There was a problem with the countdown about a month ago and it was fixed but the counter has stopped working again.
