Unreliable (has not worked 3 times today)

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 17:11, Tue 21 November 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5238590.

I have used this crossing 6 times today and 3 times it did not work. Both sides of the road seem to be unreliable. The Red lights show around the button, but after 10 second they go off again, but the lights do not change. Sometimes if you press it again (and wait for a long time) the lights do change, allowing you to cross. But most people dont realise they have to press it again, or cant be bothered, and they run across the dangerous road.
