Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5248829.
Again. Maybe the tenth time in 4 years. Someone will be hit by a car here soon. Clearly the crossing is faulty. Please completely replace the entire traffic light system

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days. Really dangerous trying to cross the road as no sign warning pedestrians. Sign only visible to motorists. How are we supposed to get across the road?
