No pedestrian signals!

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 16:04, Sat 25 November 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5252389.

Re previous report FMS5139217. Despite your recent update saying your "team was unable to find any defects" the fact remains that the pedestrian indicator lights face inwards so once you have left the kerb, you cannot see either the traffic light itself nor the pedestrian indicators. Nor is it audible. If this is not a 'fault', how can this apparently new design be fit for purpose? Is it safe for people to cross the road while not being able to see if the lights are changing or having any visible or audible signal about how long they have to cross safely ? If your team couldn't see a fault then they clearly didn't try crossing the road.
