Temporary pedestrian crossing for roadworks appear to be working to a pedestrian but hooded to cars so I nearly got run over

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 13:08, Sun 26 November 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5253838.

Temporary traffic lights due to roadworks; operational to pedestrians - Green man visible, but cars did not stop. Looks like car-facing lights are hooded, but this is not so obvious to a pedestrian. I nearly got run over. You need to urgently either unhood the lights please or stop the pedestrian facing bit from working. It is extremely dangerous; I nearly got hit by a car / there was nearly a car accident as he braked to avoid me.
