4 drains blocked in close proximity

There are now 4 drains blocked next to each other, three on the eastbound carriageway, one on the pavement. The first is between the traffic lights at the junction of Stansted road and Catford Hill, the second under the bridge itself, and the third just past the bridge. the pavement drain is under the bridge.
