Road Surface Constantly Covered by Water

A205 South Circular westbound between junction with Alwold Crescent and Rylands Crescent SE12 9AE. In all weather conditions the road surface is covered by water running down the slope. Not limited to rain or recent rainy conditions. It has been like this for weeks. Dangerous and will be even more so now weather conditions and ice are expected Thank you
