No timetable and no bus stop letter ie P?

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5300426.

Have reported this issue to the number at the bus stop approx 2 weeks ago. This bus stop for close to a year has no timetable attached to the post and does not have the letter of the bus stop at the top ie P?

This has also been reported on numerous occassions by other residents who use this bus stop and TFL always say that the issue has been rectified. As you can see from the photo the issue has clearly not been rectified.

Would appreciate it if this could be rectified asap as the users of this stop need to know the bus times.
