2 x push bikes - lime/uber - being abused by under age kids from st. pauls catholic college

Kids from st. pauls are abusing lime/uber bikes on The Ridings. Various episodes of kids trying to abuse and steal parts from these bikes and leaving very close to residence vehicles (almost scratched a few).
