Human poo

On Monday 18/12/2023 I went to the bus stop on Gale Street opposite Becontree station going towards Dagenham Asda, and there was poo on the seat on the floor of the bus stop, I can only assume it is human poo as I cannot see a dog sitting on the seat and going a toilet, It was vile and appeared to have recently been done. I went back this morning and it is still there. Can someone please come and clean this bus stop, it really is disgusting. Thank you
