Overgrown tree getting in the way

DATE:- 20/12 TIME OF INCIDENT:- 11:50pm LOCATION:- 85 - 87 Elspeth Road SW11 1DP

DETAILS OF INCIDENT:-

Report received again regarding an overgrown tree outside property.

It has been advised that this situation has been ongoing/outstanding since July 2023

We have a request for the tree to be pruned back as this is the more opportune time of year not being in full bloom as the tree is 'dormant'.

Please review and take appropriate action.

It has been reported that the overgrown branches are causing anguish and distress to the occupants at 87 Elspeth Road
