Dear TFL You said the problem with the plank hanging down the bus stop roof has been fixed in your email. I passed by that evening but it was still not fixed. Today I walked past the bus stop and evidently it has not been fixed. See photo. Please look into the matter again to ensure work is actually done if workman said so. It is
