60cm x 60cm x 10cm pothole, Battersea park road

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 14:57, Sunday 7 January 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5409203.

Major pothole on cycle route. Just before junction with candahar road, underneath railway bridge

This nearly killed me. A car pulled out from side road, I did emergency stop. Go into 4inch deep drain in cycle lane, lost control. Bus emergency stop. Nearly went into wrong way traffic.

Exceptional danger on dangerous section busy commuter route. I give it 3-4months to kill. But it is also an insurance payout guarantee on vehicle damage.
