Blocking traffic without a requirement to do so. There's two lanes but they only allow single lane from what look like having malicious intent.

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. UKPN's are working on an essential and immediate repair to Low Voltage mains cable affecting customers supply. Additional work may be required to safeguard supplies, emergency excavation for mains fault repairs, with two way lights and temporary walkway in the carriageway for pedestrians while works are on the footway.
