Bin needs removing

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 19:10, Tue 9 January 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5421116.

The bin belongs to no.266 but unfortunately there’s no one living there as both occupants died last year.

There’s another picture (not sure if you can help) which is outside the house, lots of bags of rubbish which is obviously an eyesight and possibility for foxes/mice/rats. If you cannot deal please advise who can.
