Stupid unnecessary sign placement

Reported via mobile in the Roadworks category by Lord William Charles Hawkes at 00:00, Wednesday 17 January 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5453359.

A bus lane sign, with its own pole has been put right in the middle of the residential access road. Why it couldn't have been hung on the lamp post 6ft away is beyond me. Its a new and unnecessary pole blocking up space. And it's probably cost a bit money to install. How many poles with singular signs are local residents expected to tolerate. Could someone please be in touch to discuss other options that would make a little more sense and save tfl some money
