Pedestrian traffic light keeps switching to Red

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 15:43, Tuesday 30 January 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5511375.

The traffic light located in Thamesmead Central, more precisely between Central Way (A2041) before reaching the roundabout of Thamesmere Drive, is constanting triggering the use as if a pedestrian was requesting it but nobody is on the road, meaning that every 30-40 secs the light stops the traffic for no reason, this is causing tailgates and potential hazard situations for children wanting to get access to Linton Mead Primary School
