Unattended works causing major delays

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5513247.

Roadworks present on a main Arterial Road causing major delays however there is never anyone working on the site. There is a total disregard for the havoc caused on Daily commuters. I drive past this site every day and there is never anyone there working it is empty maybe one person standing around.
