Light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5545867.

Same old story, this time for a fourth day! Temporary light at bottom (eastern) end of Bellevue Road SW17 7EG stuck on red, leaving traffic queuing all the way up street and Heaven only knows how much further. What makes it all the more unforgivable is the TOTAL absence all this time of any work that might justify the temporary light in the first place.
