Right hand filter not working properly

The right hand lights at the junction turning right from Croydon Road onto Elmers End Road often get stuck on red. This has been an ongoing issue for months. Every so often (at least once a day) there will be a queue of traffic but the sensor must not pick up that there are any cars waiting. The left hand filter for straight on will go green a number of times but the right hand filter remains on red. Eventually someone will go through the red light which is obviously extremely dangerous, but the sensor then seems to correct itself. As a local resident the constant car horns are a big issue, but even more so the danger of cars being forced to jump a red light on such a busy junction.
