The traffic light is stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5550484.

Traffic light for traffic turning right at the moby dick junction from Eastern avenue into whalebone Road north is faulty. It is stuck on red. Not only is it causing severe traffic, but it is also extremely dangerous due to how busy the junction is and that drivers do not know when to go.
