No glazing remaining in lower panels of shelter.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5551496.
Shelter ID: 2513 0048. Glazing damage first reported 09 January, ref FMS5421585 - no remedial action. Declared "Fixed" 07 February, although no repairs had been undertaken. Telephoned 08 Feb but got a much less than competent reaction from your assistant Elyon, who couldn't or wouldn't locate the shelter; ref 19535310. As I was extremely dissatisfied by the reception of updated my report, I re-reported by email on 08 Feb, ref 19535430. Please don't wait another month to advise that the damage is "fixed" when no action has been taken.
