Damaged Railings

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5554665.

Registered railings have been damaged by vehicles in the area which need to be fix as soon as possible. Between Latchmere Road and Knowsley Road. The Council said that this belongs to TfL which is why I am reporting this. Please send someone to fix this asap. This is getting damaged by driver not seeing the lower bridge and reversing in the area (trucks)
