Pedestrian lights are stuck on Red again

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5568051.

Temporary pedestrian lights are stuck on red for the 2nd night in a row. Reply to the report yesterday said it would be fixed within 24 hours but is still an issue. Cars are queued up outside beeping and having to drive through the red lights
