No live bus data at Mortlake Bus Station

No live bus data is currently being supplied for the two bus stops at Mortlake Bus Station (P and R). This has been the case now for several months. This can be seen in apps such as Citymapper which state “No current departures” even though there are regular departures from this location. Please address this so live bus data is provided for both stops.
