Graffiti on bus shelter

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5572725.

This was first reported on 29 October 2023 under reference FMS 5149651 and it was later reported that it had been dealt with. It had not and I reported it again with photograph on 8 December 2023. On 10 December you reported the matter under reference FMS 5297459 was "in progress". On 17 January 2024 you stated that you would aim to update progress within 10 days. As of today, 13 February, no action has been taken and the graffiti remains. Surely it should not take three and a half months to deal with graffiti.
