Sensor broken - Cycling traffic light not turning green

Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category by Saarah Nakhuda at 09:30, Tue 20 February 2024

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5603153.

Especially in the evenings, the traffic light for cyclists to turn left onto Victoria Embankment does not turn green, and the other traffic lights rotate multiple times before cyclists are forced to guess when is safe for them to jump across.

This has happened to me many times when I've finished work late over the last year, so I suspect either it's an issue with the sensor that detects if there are any bikes in the lane (there always are!), especially in the dark, or the priority system, which (because there are always bikes heading in that direction) doesn't make sense.
