Countdown unit taken away by TFL and not replaced despite Street Care update saying it has been 'fixed'

Reported via desktop in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 22:08, Tuesday 20 February 2024

TfL ref: FMS5607367.

I received an email update from TFL Street Care on 20/02/24 at 06.02 advising that the issue had been 'Fixed'. The countdown has not been fixed, the countdown has been removed on 20/01/24 and has not been replaced. This was reported initially under TFL TfL ref: FMS5468704. I have included 2 photos with this report; one photo taken on 20/02/24 that shows that the countdown has not been replaced (and, thus, not 'fixed') and the originally submitted photo. The countdown is located in the bus shelter in Blackhorse Lane, E17 situated outside the Magnet Kitchen shop, 1, Can you please advise why I have been advised that the issue has been 'fixed' when it clearly has not. 2. Can you please advise as to when the countdown will be replaced/fixed. I look forward to hearing from you.
