216 timetable

Hello, I get the 216 bus everyday and it is late everyday either 10-20 minutes or doesn't come at all, I find myself being late to work and other appointments everyday because of the bus being delayed. Yesterday on the 20th of February 2024, I was waiting for the bus at 9pm and it never came which left me standing and waiting for the next one which came in half an hour in the rain and this has been happening frequently recently. Today once again the bus is late on my way to work too and I will be late, to the point where there is meant to be 30 minutes between each bus and the next bus after this is in 15 minutes.
