Pedestrian button not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5612716.

It is literally not working. I waited over 5 minutes and have video proof. I reported this earlier this week and it was closed due to "no fault found", but it is still happening. Perhaps it is to do with time of day, but it's definitely not working. Multiple phases of lights for cars in each direction, pedestrian button pressed multiple times, standing on yellow bump pads. Ultimately had to cross on a red light.
