Traffic lights not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5612915.

The works have blocked the whole pavement. There are temp traffic lights for pedestrians (Lots of school children) and the temp traffic lights arent working. This is very dangerious as children cant cross and they are walking into the main road (URGENT)
