Green man not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5614259.

The pedestrian crossing is faulty - never going green and having to run across on a red man with children!

  • Dangerous. Pedestrians have to cross four lanes of traffic with no green man. Lights function and request button lights up but the crossing never opens for Pedestrians.

    Have just seen a lady and pram have to risk traffic to cross. Major junction with no nearby crossings. Needs urgent fixing. Constantly people running in front of traffic.
