Traffic light been moved so can’t see when to go

The traffic light joining from old park road onto Bostall hill has been moved around so you can’t see when to go. This is so dangerous as it looks like it’s the light on Bostall hill, and on numerous occasions when the lights have phased for old park road to join people on cars on Bostall hill have proceeded, thinking it’s thier turn.
