Traffic light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5691039.

The lights coming from Bell Street and joining onto Shooters Hill Road were stuck on red this morning. waited a total of 10 minutes and no change. simular problem yesterday with delay in them changing but did change after approx 5 mins
