Traffic light stuck on red for a month now

The traffic light on Claremont Road and Lichfield road is stuck on red for ages and switch on the Green for 3 seconds. It’s absolutely ridiculous. We have reported that repeatedly and you have repeatedly said that you fixed it or that it is not urgent. Well it is URGENT and we urge you to fix it asap. Massive
