Pedestrian crossing on continuous loop

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5699587.

The lights in both directions keep going red for traffic as the pedestrian crossing is on a continuous loop. This problem seems to keep on happening despite it being fixed multiple times.
